When- Jan-29th at 630pm and then every Wednesday at 630pm and Saturday at 800am.
What- 9 sessions to build your confidence with the kettlebell.
Who- Anyone that wants to be stronger and remove fear from working out
This course would benefit beginners as well as teaching new skills to an advanced athlete.
In this class we will go over the goblet squat, kettlebell deadlift, one arm press, turkish get-up and kettlebell swing.
