What is 5+Five? 5 weeks layered with a movement education course and nutrition habit challenge.
Why do you need this program? If you have struggled with confidence in the gym and are plagued by nutrition/fat loss questions this is the solution
When? Nutrition presentation is sunday the 14th at 400pm. First movement session is monday the 15th at 630pm. The movement sessions will meat monday/wednesday at 630pm and sat 8am.
