Small Group Classes

Max of 10 students but we average 4-8 per session.  These sessions are great for learning your strength while enjoying an inviting community 


 

Hybrid Programs 

mix of group, 1-1 sessions and nutrition coaching. 

 

1-1 personal training

1-1 training is for the individual with specific goals, recovering from an injury, or someone that has a demanding schedule.  

Online/In house nutrition coaching

Varies per person but can consist of daily/weekly check ins online or in person.  Precision nutrition coaches focus on building healthy lifestyle habits.
