JOIN OUR PROGRAM AHEAD OF TIME AND RECEIVE THIS 3 WEEK PROGRAM 1/2 OFF!!!

Start fresh with individuals just like you. This special session will meet 3 times a week in your own session. Mondays at 715pm , Wednesday at 630pm and Saturdays at 8am.  

 

Use these 3 weeks to create a positive healthy habit of consistent attendance.

We will cover the 5 basic movement patterns, How to use Functional Cardio equipment, Precision Nutrition life based eating habits, and learning how to have fun when working out. 

You and 7 other like minded friends will end the 3 weeks with a free week in our regular full schedule classes.

The first session will be Oct 1st
