5 week to Jumpstart your progress

 

Start fresh with individuals just like you. This special session will meet 3 times a week in your own session. Mondays at 630pm , Wednesday at 630pm and Saturdays at 8am.  

 

Use these 5 weeks to create a positive healthy habit of consistent attendance.

We will cover the 5 basic movement patterns, How to use Functional Cardio equipment, Precision Nutrition life based eating habits, and learning how to have fun when working out. 

You and 7 other like minded friends will end the 5weeks with a 3 weeks in our regular full schedule classes.

The first session will be Jan 14th for a Presentation and dexa scan then the 15th for our first  movement class
