Because my 7 week Lean Strength Macro program starts MONDAY JANUARY 13TH.
This is for you if

-you are ready to SEE & FEEL results- toned arms, legs, and feeling overall leaner
-you know if you had accountability you could really hit your goals!
Average results per 7 weeks was down 1-3% bodyfat , 7-10 lbs on the scale or gaining 1-3 lbs of lean muscle!
You will need
• atleast a set of dumbbells, bands and pull up bar but access to more equipment would be really helpful
• 7 weeks of dedication to see amazing results!
We will have one live kick off call to get us started and everyone will receive their custom macros and access to the app where you can DM directly or communicate with the group.
Weekly check ins will be on Monday for any feedback/adjustments you may need.
Workouts will be 4 week program and switch to a new program at week 5!
