Bells and Brews

6 sessions of Practice your strength, Learning kettlebells, and Sharing a drink with Sean and Danielle.

When- Every Wednesday at 630pm and then every Friday at 530pm, Starting Oct. 17th

What- 6 sessions to Learn how to effectively and safely use the kettlebell for unmatched strength and conditioning. Every Friday night will end with a local rotating beer. 

Who- Anyone that wants to be stronger and get back in shape.

This course would benefit beginners as well as teaching new skills to an advanced athlete. 

In this class we will go over the goblet  squat, kettlebell deadlift, one arm press, turkish get-up and kettlebell swing.  

where do you want to be in 4 weeks? Still fat and out of shape? Do you want to be ahead of the holidays and the new year?
