Q: What is required prior to joining group sessions
A: You must complete minimum of 4 personal training sessions, aka, THE POWERPACK.
Q:I know nothing about working out & strength training, can I join?
A: HELL YEAH! We would love to have you. We are dedicated to helping you feel more confident in the gym and outside of the gym.
If you’re still not so sure, we’d love to meet you and offer you a free no sweat strategy session to get a feel for what it’s like in Prevail Strength.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are on the southeast corner off 150th & Western. Our address will pull up in google maps, 920 NW 150th, Edmond OK
Q: Do you offer childcare?
A: No. We love your little ones but there is no child care at the gym. IF they need to join you for a session, we have a room with Netflix that they are more than welcome to sit in, but cannot run around the gym while session is going on.
Q: Do you offer special membership for family/couples?
A: YES! 10% off for family/couples.
Q: What are your group sessions like?
A: We have group sessions every day of the week between 5:45am and 6:00p.m.
We have the most focus on strength training. You will see anything from squats to bench press to rear foot elevated split squats & Turkish get ups (sounds crazy, but a really great movements — don’t be scared if you’ve never heard of them, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
