Whitney Moore

Winning my first race at 5 years old, and beating all the boys entered, sparked my lifelong love of competition. I was often found running sprints or playing basketball at my school or on the gravel road leading to my family’s home. Often, the only girl in the weight room during the off season, I developed and early love for strength training

In 2009 I married my husband, Hardell Moore. We have two beautiful, and equally sports-loving children, Maddox (8) & Emory (5). Between my husbands life’s-passion, coaching youth wrestling; our children’s sporting activities; and my love of the gym and fitness, more than one of us is usually found in a gym at any given time on most days of the week.

I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in April of 2019 and also hold a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist certification. Training men and women of all fitness levels brings me great joy, but there is nothing better than seeing the look in a woman’s eyes when she does something she never believed she was even capable of! Helping others fall in love with fitness for the first time gives me all the feels! I believe strength training is instrumental in a healthy lifestyle, but that does not mean you need to be a slave to the gym. Fitness should add value to your life, NOT detract from it! A gym where fitness is approached with such a holistic approach is rare. In Prevail, I have found that! How can I NOT be excited about joining this fitness family?

Natalie!

Hey y’all, I’m Natalie Austin! Been married to my best friend Chandler for a year and a half and love living that Aunt Life to 6 nieces and nephews. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology-Outdoor and Community Recreation. I danced from age 2-22 so have always realized the importance of movement for both physical and mental health. It wasn’t until college that I started lifting weights. I had no idea what I was doing but would just watch what others were doing, copy that, that and begin to fall in love with how lifting made me feel. I have been teaching yoga for the past 6 years and also teach Zumba.

What excites me most about being a trainer at Prevail is how humble and hungry people are. Everyone truly wants themselves and everyone around them to be better and that’s inspiring. Also, just a bonus that there’s an adventure club with friends to hike with!

Favorite lift: Anything with a row. I think back muscles are sexy!

Favorite food: If I’m going all out, my moms chicken and dumplings and anything chocolate and peanut butter

HARRIS

I’m Harris! Well Amanda Harris but Harris to my Prevail fam. I am a wife to Bryan and mom to Hagan(6yo). We have 3 crazy dogs and a ton of plants. I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and an Oklahoma State Alum(Go Pokes). I have always been active but I started my exercise journey in 2011 when I was training with Sean in his sweat shop days. I have always had a love for movement and find I felt my best when I was active. My yoga practice paired with strength training at Prevail is by far my favorite combo. I am always trying new crazy postures and working on handstands. Currently working to get my pull up back after a short hiatus.

then What about Prevail are you the most excited about ( as a trainer)

I am so excited to share my love for fitness and movement with others. Seeing students progress and make gains is so inspiring. Going from being a student(well I’m always a student) to now getting to help others smash their goals as an instructor, is the greatest feeling. I feel honored and so proud to be apart of the Prevail Team and Family. It truly feels like coming home.

Favorite lift - single leg deadlifts
Favorite food - pizza
Favorite cocktail - vodka, Topo Chico and Lime
ennagram type 6 wing 7 (reliable but I like to party )
non fitness hobby - Reading (all the epic fiction fantasy novels)
fun fact - I do hand lettering and calligraphy
Strength phase or muscle phase? Both!

what you’re most excited about for future of prevail students -
To see the students smash their goals and continually progress. But what really sets my heart on fire is the confidence students gain in the daily lives by getting stronger and more capable. To see a student gain self love and confidence as a by product of their training at Prevail, is next level. Also, just the general badassery that is our students.

Tori Collet

Being a collegiate athlete taught me that building strength was important in order to hit homeruns. Now I understand that building strength is important in order to live a full and adventurous life. Sometimes my adventures look like indulging at Halls Pizza Kitchen, running to a personal finance podcast, lounging with my dogs reading a book, or crushing an outdoor trail. I became a NASM certified personal trainer to help others discover how much wealth that strength training and fitness can bring to their everyday lives.

I’m excited to bring connection and an emphasis on quality over quantity. I want students to be excited about lifting heavy and getting strategically stronger. I believe in the longevity approach; realizing that health is true wealth. It’s a journey that should be challenging and fun. I’m ready to help others take ownership of their fitness journeys and celebrate with them along the way.

If I could create the perfect brunch, it would be Café Kacao French Toast with a side of Hatch tumblers and a cold brew… always a cold brew.

Lacey

I am married to Phillip and cat mom to zoey!

I graduated from UCO with a Bachelors degree in Public Relations and early this year obtained my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Sports were my first love growing up. I played softball and competed in gymnastics but ended up falling in love with track and field in high school and went on to become a NCAA DII high jumper. I loved winning (of course - who doesn't) but after my competition days were in my rear view I fell in love with the feeling strength training gives you. Now, I get to be an instructor of strength and confidence and I also coach track and field alongside my husband at Oklahoma Christian University. I love the combo of strength training and running. I especially love the way lifting helps me and so many others feel capable, happy and strong as heck!
I am most excited to work with the students at Prevail because they are so driven to win each day! Truly the best community around and I’m so grateful to be a part of the Prevail fam! I love training students because I love seeing someone become confident in themselves and fall in love with living an active life!
Enneagram: Type 1 Wing 1 (LOL)
Non Fitness Hobby: Cooking and reading fiction!
Strength phase or muscle phase: Strength!
