1-1 training is for the individual with specific goals, recovering from an injury, or someone that has a demanding schedule.  

Small Group Classes

Max of 10 students but we average 4-8 per session.  These sessions are great for learning your strength while enjoying an inviting community 

Online/In house nutrition coaching

Varies per person but can consist of daily/weekly check ins online or in person.  Precision nutrition coaches focus on building healthy lifestyle habits. 

Hybrid Programs 

mix of group, 1-1 sessions and nutrition coaching.

Online Training Plans

the coaches at prevail strength and fitness want to help as many people as possible reach their fitness and performance goals. in order to do that we offer online personal training to individuals that, for whatever reason, may not be able to join us in person. these online plans are for the those individuals that have a gym membership elsewhere and the will to work, but need the guidance of experienced professionals. That's where online training comes in. to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. we have several options including pre-scripted programs, individually customized programming, and monthly subscriptions to join in what we are doing in the gym every week.


Train Heroic App


prevail strength and fitness utilizes train heroic software to power our programs and get our clients their Plans. the app can be downloaded on iphones and androids alike so that you're never without your plan. every exercise comes with an instructional video as well as written tips. train heroic also makes it easy to track your progress, take notes, communicate with coaches, and other users going through the same program you are.

Prevail small group session is something we have evolved into and feel like it is the best world between group fitness and 1-on-1 personal training. Sessions have anywhere from 6-10 people with one instructor which ables us to give each individual enough attention while still having the group atmosphere. Before we jump into a group session we like to start with the power pack.


What is the power pack? We start our group memberships with 4 one-on-one sessions to safely kickstart their group program. We schedule these to work with your schedule. In these sessions we go over an Initial assessment, measurements, warmups, how to properly press, squat, deadlift, & swing, along with goal setting & game planning.

After Completing the 4 sessions and “graduating” from prevail power pack you can start class asap!
