Classes

 

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Classes consist of body weight movements along with kettlebell and barbell strength work.    We have a range of different sizes of weights and also have a ski-erg, rower, air bike and sled/prowlers for when we need to get in a little more conditioning.
